The menu revolves around chicken, keeping it simple and favoring quality over quantity. They came out with their first new sandwich in ten years in 2023.

Profit-wise, they're now giving McDonald’s a run for their money. Free-standing restaurants are making $9 million a year on avg compared to McDonald’s $4 million avg.

And they're routinely voted the best fast food chain in the US per various studies, and polls based on food quality and customer satisfaction.
