A study conducted by USA Today, found that Chick-Fil-A was nominated, and voted to be the best fast food restaurant in the nation.
The nominees were chosen by a panel of experts, and then further narrowed down by “10Best.com Editors” who then submitted the final nominees to be voted on by USA Today’s audience.
Chick-Fil-A keeps taking the top spot among numerous studies and votes across an array of different cateories.
Voters were allowed one vote per day, per category.
Similar results in more professionally implemented studies from this past June and last fall were found to reach the same conclusions The latter was the annual drive-thru study conducted by InTouch Insights.

Chick-Fil-A also received top marks in a separate study conducted by American Customer Satisfaction Index which found the chain to be the best on the scene in an assortment of categories including best customer service, and fastest service.
McDonald’s was low man on the totem, coming in with low marks for customer service, and long waits at the drive-thru.
