user @deee_2525 made a video to showcase what happened when she ordered Dunkin’s new donut designed in the spirit of Halloween.
The supposed Jack-O’-Lantern inspired donut was supposed to look as the name implies. But this donut was received by user @deee_2525 looking oh so very…off.
With pretty much just a mouth scribbled on. And a terribly ramshackle mouth at that.
“@Dunkin’ I just wanted a nice jack-o-lantern donut,” she wrote.
Well, the donut couldn’t be further from nice…however many have called it “cute”. And in a twisted sort of way, it is cute. Cute and horrifying all at once.
The disaster of a donut resembled a bulbous orange blob with a slopped on mouth and odd looking half ‘depressions’ where the eyes should be (closer inspection reveals that the eyes are pumpkin sprinkles. True ingenuity).
The incredibly misshapen donut was stuck somewhere between an oval and a lumpy piece of unformed dough.
The sloppy donut was a very sad display, a true mess if you will.
TiKTok viewers had a ball in the comment section and many related their own abysmal Dunkin’ Donut horribly designed donut stories.

The comparison between the promotional picture of the perfectly proportioned Jack-O’-Lantern face (with all features present) compared to the actual, real deal – is truly something to behold.
A real slap-dash offering if there ever was one.
The lackadaisically made donut and accompanying video has been viewed 1.2 million times with 253k likes making it perhaps Dunkin’s most famous donut of all time.
Due entirely to it’s appearance and the fact that it didn’t have it’s best foot forward.
