Pepsi has unveiled a new take on the brand’s classic logo just in time to celebrate the brands 125th anniversary. Pepsi’s new logo will start appearing on all packaging, signs, equipment, fleet and promotional materials globally in 2024.
This will mark the first reboot of Pepsi’s logo in 14 years.
PepsiCo announced the design during a release that showed the new logo on display.
According to a press release, “as consumers begin to spot the new visual identity on store shelves, Pepsi will celebrate its birthday, its future, and its loyal fans in a number of exciting ways.”

PepsiCo is ringing in its 125th birthday in a big way with multiple rounds of festivities to mark the occasion including; a Pepsi Diner in New York that will feature the history of the brand and it’s iconic moments.
The new spin on the logo is a version that’s sleeker, and has a more futuristic pop with a slightly differing font.

Todd Kaplan, PepsiCo CFO said, “We couldn’t be more excited to begin a new era for Pepsi, as this exciting new and modern look will drive brand distinction to show up bigger and bolder and help people find new ways to unapologetically enjoy the things they love. This new visual system brings out the best of the Pepsi brand’s rich heritage, while taking a giant leap forward to set it up for success in an increasingly digital world.”
Pepsi saw it’s birth when a pharmacist was selling it originally under the name of Brad’s Drink, and in 1898, he changed the name to Pepsi-Cola.
Pepsi also recently introduced Pepsi Pineapple in a recent partnership with Little Caesars. Now Pepsi is focusing more on their zero sugar line.
Pepsi’s new logo may not be out to reinvent the wheel, but it’s an upgrade that serves to re-inspire it’s fans with continued growth.
