Wendy’s popular chili is a mainstay of the franchise and has been for quite some time. A recent report has alluded to Wendy’s Chili being made available for purchase at stores sometime soon.
Yahoo News reported that it was discovered after a ConAgra Brand conference announced the decision during it’s presentation.
The Chili (with beans) will be available at stores and apparently sold in a can – noting that 29 grams of protein will be in each serving.
There are no specifics on when this will be implemented or the names of the grocery stores that will be stocking up.
The chili has been spotted already on Instacart with Wendy’s logo prominently displayed…so it must be just on the horizon.
Excitement is already being drummed up by fans about the news with many anticipating it’s availability.
Of course, there are questions about whether it will taste the same served out of a can as opposed to ordering directly from the franchise.
And on Reddit: straightouttasuburb: I mean why not? I doubt it’s as good as the chili in the stores but the name recognition alone would pull in consumers. It’s probably made by hormel with a different sticker…
Keep checking in for an update on any news available that will confirm when the Wendy’s Chili will be hitting shelves, and for how much it will cost…
