Chick-fil-A is answering the fervent pleas of its loyal customers by bringing back the beloved Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich starting on August 26th.
The original Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, which quickly became a fan favorite during its limited-time run and first time launch last year, features a crispy Chick-fil-A filet topped with creamy pimento cheese, drizzled with honey, and served on a toasted bun with pickled jalapeños. The new Spicy Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich offers the same delicious combination but with a fiery kick.
Chick-fil-A Senior Culinary Lead Christy Cook told Southern Living:
“It’s one of the number one requested and remembered seasonal shakes that we’ve had. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been at a family reunion or someone finds out I work for Chick-fil-A and they say, ‘When is that Banana Pudding Shake coming back?’”
To further delight customers, Chick-fil-A is also reintroducing the Banana Pudding Milkshake, a creamy and dreamy treat that perfectly complements the savory sandwiches.
In June, Chick-Fil-A introduced their second new sandwich in years (besides the Pimento) called the Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich. It was tested in Indiana and Kentucky before the nationwide launch. It has a toasted maple-flavored brioche bun topped with melty pepper jack cheese, crisp green leaf lettuce, and a key element – brown sugar and pepper bacon
Both the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and the Banana Pudding Milkshake will be available at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide starting August 26, 2024, for a limited time.
