A user took to TikTok to share the disturbing experience that transpired when she ordered Taco Bell through Grub Hub and how she “really handled it well”.
@ihitrockbottom started to get antsy once an hour had passed since she placed her order for a Crunch Wrap from Taco Bell.
As time ticked on and the food’s continued non-delivery weighed on her mind, she opened a line of communication with the driver.
At some point early on, subconsciously she realized that she wouldn’t be getting her Taco Bell fix.
But someone else would.
The viral video that she posted shows the exchange that transpired once she decided to reach out and ask the delivery driver a question about her order.
She messaged the driver asking for an expected ETA.
The reply she received, “I’m making a stop. I’ll be there in a few” wasn’t too out of the ordinary.
Sometimes drivers get held up for all sorts of reasons.
@ihitrockbottom replied “Ok, gotcha”.
However, the next message the driver wrote, contained a twist.
Twenty minutes later the delivery driver informed her “Sorry my Boo just ate your stuff, be was hungry as hell lol“.
The “lol” was the real kicker accompanying the shocking revelation – it was as if the driver was messaging a friend about a funny happenstance and not a customer waiting for food that she was assigned to deliver.
The customer at this point says that she “didn’t want to make a scene”, and messaged:
“lol what…” And asked how she could cancel the order.
She added, “Hope you enjoyed my tacos“.
“Lmaoooo i have no idea. You was just so far. “
The back and forth continued with the delivery driver being of no help to cancel the already eaten order.
Instead she popped @ihitrockbottom with another bizarre announcement.
“Today is my birthday I’m bored asf need plans for me and bae,” she wrote.
In the TikTok video, she shared her bafflement…asking her audience for answers:
“Did she want me to give her plans?”
The insane situation was too much for TikTok to take. The video received over 300,000 views and had users in fits over the absurdity.
Many questioned how the author of the video could be so nice to the food absconder.

Another commented:
“When my doordasher ate my food he had the decency to just disappear into the abyss.”
She was refunded the money for her order and given a 10% off coupon for her troubles.
At the end of the video, she graciously wished the Grub Hub driver a Happy Birthday and noted that she was glad to have funded her birthday dinner.
And @ihitrockbottom never did get her Crunch Wrap Supreme that day. Just a conversation with an unhinged driver going off the rails on her birthday.
