After making a speech at the Georgia Republican Convention, Donald Trump and his posse made a stop at Waffle House to fill-up on waffles, and shake hands.
Trump’s crew descended on the infamous diner, and included; the secret service, and congresswoman Marjorie Taylor-Greene
With a diplomatic smile on, midst a flurry of hand-shaking, Trump said: “How are the waffles? How are the waffles here…I’m going to need to try one.”
A crowd of over one hundred supporters gathered to take pictures, get signed autographs, and shake hands with the former president.
Trump could be heard saying “waffles on Trump” after he entered the restaurant.
And yes, he did take home a doggy-bag. A secret service agent was in charge of the bag that was filled to the brim as they made their way back to their vehicles.
The Post Millennial caught a picture of a member card given to Trump during his visit.
Trump’s Waffle House sojourn was hot the heels of his first public speech since being indicted. He is heading to North Carolina for more speeches, or possibly more waffles since he has a new trump card…the Waffle House member card.
Waffle House is notorious for being a site of drunken encounters, and fights – but the former president’s appearance was drama-free, with no fisticuffs.
