Wendy’s is heating up the fast-food rivalry with a new promotion that’s sure to leave customers feeling frosty. The burger chain has announced a limited-time offer for a $1 Frosty in a direct challenge to its arch-rival, McDonald’s.
Known for their creamy, chocolatey goodness, Wendy’s Frosty’s have long been a fan favorite. By offering them at such a low price, the company is hoping to attract new customers and entice existing ones to make multiple visits.
The offer will be live until September 30th and is only available on the small Frosty.
This isn’t the first time Wendy’s has used aggressive pricing to gain a competitive advantage. In recent years, they’ve offered deals on their signature Baconator burger and other popular menu items.
