Arby’s has answered your savory prayers with the return of their delicious Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwiches. The limited-time offering brings back sweet-glazed bacon from previous iterations of similar Arby’s Sandwiches. And this time, it’s not just one, but three sandwich variations waiting to tantalize your palate.
Ellen Rose, Arby’s CMO, said in a statement:
“Bacon makes everything better, especially when combined with brown sugar to give it an extra sweetness that perfectly balances the salty and savory flavors. Arby’s Brown Sugar Bacon menu items were fan favorites in the past, so we knew we wanted to bring back these three legendary sandwiches.”
3 Varieties of Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwiches
- The star of the show, the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT, features a double dose of bacon bliss. Crispy, classic bacon joins forces with its caramelized counterpart, creating a symphony of sweet and savory textures. This dynamic duo is then nestled between crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and creamy mayo, all on a toasted King’s Hawaiian bun for a touch of sweetness.
- The Roast Beef & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich takes their classic roast beef masterpiece to new heights with the addition of the caramelized bacon. Melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a creamy Dijon spread complete this elevated take on a beloved Arby’s staple.
- If you’re looking for a lighter option, the Turkey & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich delivers. Sliced roast turkey gets a sweet and savory boost with the Brown Sugar Bacon. Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a Dijon spread round out this flavor-packed yet lighter option.

Prices start at $6.49 for the BLT and $6.69 for the Roast Beef and Turkey options. This one tiptoes right in the middle of the affordable, and more expensive options on the menu…it may be worth it for a more premium sandwich experience with a unique flavor combination.
Arby’s also brought back a familiar favorite that had been off the menu for way too long. Potato Cakes returned to their Canada locations, for a limited time, much to Canadians delight…and to Americans chagrin. Customers in the US had been demanding the chain bring the beloved side since they were discontinued. Hopefully Arby’s will get the message and bring them back stateside. For now, the Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwiches will have to do.
