Arbys takes a walk on the wild side with a new burger called the Big Game Burger. The burger features an unusual mix of meats for fast food fare, including; venison, elk, and beef.
The burger will debut on menus nationwide starting September 12th, along with an exclusive promotional partnership for a wilderness tour in Colorado called the “Hike-Thru” which will culminate in a pop-up Arby’s location in the middle of the wilderness.
“We’re dedicated to crafting unique culinary experiences for our guests, and we hope the Big Game Burger and the immersive Hike-Thru experience allow our fans to tap into their sense of wild adventure – in our restaurants and on the trail,” Ellen Rose, chief marketing officer of Arby’s, said in a press release.
The burger is geared towards the great outdoor lovers, and will be offered for a limited-time.

The hike through the wilderness experience is slated for one day only on 9/12, and will be a 4.1 mile tour through the Rocky Mountains, up a 10,731-foot summit. At the top hikers will get to sample the beastly Big Game Burger as a complimentary reward for their journey.
The trail will also have checkpoints with refreshment stations to enjoy the views.
“The Hike-Thru will be open on a first-come, first-serve basis to select outdoor enthusiasts who will be guided along a scenic hike through an exclusive trail in the Colorado wilderness,” the company said.
The Big Game Burger sounds like it might be a contender for the distinction of the best fast food burger on the market, but first we need to try it before making any big claims. The current champs to that covet the top spot for the nation’s most beloved burger offerings include; BurgerFI, Whataburger, and Five Guys.
