A study conducted by the gambling platform Casino Canada found the most unhealthy fast food breakfast items in the fast food world right now. Subway is leading the pack with having the highest caloric breakfast sandwiches, taking up three of the top spots. Burger King is not far behind with the Enormous Omelette Sandwich.

The study found the top ten chains in Canada, and then broke down the chains that have breakfast menu’s, analyzing the caloric, sodium and fat content for each item.

The following items start from worst to the least-worst breakfast items you can order from these chains:

1. Southwest Subway’s Steak & Egg Sandwich (1080 Calories)

The Southwest Steak, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich is a belt-busting breakfast choice with 1080 calories to it’s name.

2. Subway’s Egg & Bacon Footlong (1050 Calories)

Another Subway offering that packs a mighty caloric wallop with only egg, bacon and cheese.

3. Subway’s Egg & Ham Footlong (990 Calories)

Subway’s ham version of their breakfast sandwich contains less calories but not by much.

4. Burger King’s Enormous Omelette Sandwich (782 Calories)

Launched in 2005, this sandwich contains over 1900 milligrams of sodium. It was discontinued in the United States but still exists in other countries like Canada.

5. Burger King’s Double Sausage Croissan’Wich (793 Calories)

Similar to the standard sausage, egg and cheese Croissan’wich except it has double of every ingredient ( besides the croissant). You would need to walk for almost four hours to burn up the calories if you consume this one.

6. Wendy’s Breakfast Baconator (710 Calories)

Wendy’s breakfast answer to their famed lunch/dinner Baconator. It replaces the beef patty with sausage, and keeps the bacon along for the ride.

7. Tim Horton’s Sausage Farmer’s Breakfast Sandwich (680 Calories)

A biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese, this Tim Horton’s breakfast sandwich is the most unhealthy choice on the chain’s menu.

8 Tim Horton’s Sausage Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap (650 Calories)

It has everything that the chain’s biscuit-based breakfast sandwich contains except that it has a flour tortilla base.

9. McDonald’s Sausage N’ Egg Bagel (610 Calories)

A fan favorite, this sandwich was discontinued for years. It was brought back earlier this year to much fanfare. It doesn’t change the fact that it’s an unhealthy option though.

10. Starbucks’ Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap (640 Calories)

Starbucks Bacon, Sausage, & Egg Wrap rounds out the findings of the study for the top 10 unhealthy fast food breakfast items. Check out which chain has the healthiest burger if these results have you down…
