Church’s Chicken is making a splash this season with the triumphant return of their fan-favorite Fish Sandwich. The crispy, golden-fried delight, will be available for a limited time only for the upcoming “seafood season”.

Church’s Chicken is bringing three dishes to their menu (two entrees, and one dessert) for the occasion.

What’s the catch?

Church’s isn’t messing around with their seafood offerings. The Fish Sandwich was introduced for the first time in 2022, and features a wild-caught Pacific Pollock filet, hand-battered in their signature seasoned panko breading. This crispy perfection sits atop a warm, honey-buttered brioche bun, with a dollop of creamy tartar sauce for added flavor.

And the Fish Sandwich isn’t swimming solo. Church’s is diving headfirst into seafood season with a whole wave of delicious options. Alongside the star of the show, you can also find

  • Classic Shrimp: Marinated in special seasoning and coated in a crispy Southern breading, these bite-sized delights are perfect for sharing (or not!).
  • Lemon Cheesecake Fried Pie: This unique dessert combines creamy lemon cheesecake filling with graham crackers, all wrapped in a flaky crust and fried to golden perfection.

The Fish Sandwich is listed as starting at $3.99.

The Six-Piece Classic Shrimp includes a Honey-Butter Biscuit starts at $3.99. While the Twenty-Piece Classic Shrimp and hand-battered Six-Piece Tenders Combo starts at $15.99.

With the seafood season upon us, there are many opportunities for chains like Church’s Chicken to give customers that crave delicious alternatives to meat…different options. By bringing back their crowd-pleasing Fish Sandwich and offering other tempting seafood options, they cater to this demand while staying true to their commitment to bold flavors and quality ingredients.

McDonald’s has been getting heat for their own fish sandwich, the Filet-O-Fish. Customers have been complaining on social media about the sandwich shrinking and becoming more akin to a Slider, size-wise. McDonald’s, of course denied the allegations in a statement but countless pictures and video posted to sites like TikTok and Facebook…don’t lie.
