Nascar racer, Dale Earnhardt Jr., and country singer, Brice Lee have joined forces with Bojangles to promote the launch of two, new chicken sandwiches.
The chicken sandwiches called “Bo’s BBQ and Carolina Gold Chicken Sandwiches” are currently available with your choice of either Bo’s Barbecue Sauce, a sweet and smoky option or Carolina Gold Sauce, which is more-so sweet and tangy.
Both sandwiches come topped with Cole slaw as an ingredient.
Brice recently tweeted about the partnership saying:
“I’m pretty dang excited to partner with @Bojangles and @DaleJr to create these new Bo’s BBQ and Carolina Gold Chicken sandwiches. So good you’re gonna wanna try both.”
Earnhardt Jr., and Brice find themselves starring in a new ad campaign where they split both kinds of chicken sandwiches so they can each get a taste of the available action.
“I’m from the Carolinas, where BBQ sauce is just a little bit different than what you find in other areas. We have a vinegar-based sauce, where other places are a little sweet or spicy,” said Earnhardt Jr. in the news release.
“Being from the Carolinas, these Bo’s Chicken Sandwiches have a little heat to them, and a lot of love in them,” said Brice. “They’ve got a spice and a crunch you can’t find anywhere, so these feel like home to me.”
