Wrestling legend and Hollywood star John Cena has partnered with McDonald’s to launch their revamped McValue Menu. The matchup, unveiled on January 7th offers a range of budget-friendly options for customers, including the popular $5 Meal Deal and exclusive in-app offers.

As per Cena, “McDonald’s is a global phenomenon, a slice of Americana and certainly has been a major part of my life with food ever since I can remember anything about food.”

Cena will star in several marketing campaigns aimed to promote the “new” McValue Menu.

He also told People about his favorite items from McDonald’s saying that he orders two double cheeseburgers and two six-piece Chicken McNuggets…“I tend not to do any drinks, because I just want to enjoy the savoriness of that.”

For breakfast, the WWE wrestler and actor has two breakfast sandwich favorites, the McGriddle or the Egg McMuffin with a side of hashbrowns.

The new McValue Menu features a variety of deals, including:

  • $5 Meal Deal: Choose from a McDouble or McChicken, small fries, four-piece McNuggets, and a small drink for just $5.3
  • Buy One, Get One for $1: Enjoy special offers on select breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
  • In-App Deals: Exclusive offers for McDonald’s app users, such as free medium fries with any $1 purchase every Friday in 2025 and a free McCrispy chicken sandwich for new users.

To celebrate the launch, McDonald’s will be featuring Cena in a series of commercials and social media campaigns.

Cena also discussed his love for the Big Mac, “Man, tasting that Big Mac was something special. I think because as a kid, I always thought it to be an insurmountable sandwich, and then I guess as a teenager being able to lean into be big enough to order the Big Mac.”

The McValue Menu is available now at participating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.
