Taco Bell is spicing things up in the south with a test market for a new menu item: the $3 Grilled Steak Burrito. Alabama taste buds are in for a treat as select locations across the state become the testing ground for this potential future nationwide release.
While details are still emerging, rumors suggest the $3 Grilled Steak Burrito will be a flavor fiesta. Marinated grilled steak will be the star of the show, likely accompanied by Taco Bell’s classic ingredients like seasoned rice, creamy jalapeno sauce, and a three-cheese blend, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
This isn’t the first time Taco Bell has experimented with grilled steak. In 2019, the Steak and Bacon Grilled Cheese Burrito tantalized taste buds with a cheesy, meaty combination. The new Grilled Steak Burrito seems to take a simpler approach, allowing the grilled steak to take center stage. And in 2022, they launched the Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito.
Is this the next menu mainstay for Taco Bell? Only Alabamans can try this one out for the meantime but it’s likely the Grilled Steak Burrito could be the next craveable creation to hit the national scene.
