In January 2022, Taco Bell tested their hand at Crispy Chicken Wings, dropping them onto their menu with “limited availability”.

They remained until the wings sold out in one week, proving the crispy critters to be popular among customers during their brief stint.

Taco Bell is no stranger to taking a familiar favorite and putting a unique spin on it (nacho fries, anyone?!) and wings are the latest creation from the test kitchen masterminds,” the company said in a press release.

The fried Crispy Chicken Wings are dusted in an orange-y queso-seasoning and come in at five wings a pop. The wings come with a spicy ranch dipping sauce to bring a little heat to the fun.

At $6.99, they may be a little pricier than much else on the menu, but if last year’s run was any indication…it shouldn’t deter fans too much.

A special Game Day Wing Box will also be available for $22. It comes with an eight count of chicken wings and two spicy ranch dipping sauces. Also included are four Crunchy Tacos and one Mexican Pizza.

If chicken wings float your boat and you’re a fan of Taco Bell, you may not want to play around too much with this promotion. Their availability may end up with a life-span similar to last years very limited run.
