Starting February 1st, Pizza Hut is adding a new pizza to their line-up for a limited time, the Hot Honey Pizza. Also joining the sweet and spicy pizza will be it’s counterpart, Hot Honey Wings.
The pizza & wing combo will be available at participating locations while supplies last.
Hot Honey Pizza & Wings
The Hot Honey Pizza can be had with your choice of crust, topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and two kinds of pepperoni; classic and crispy cupped. The pizza then gets sweet sauce made with red habaneros, and honey. The Honey Hot Pizza starts at $11.99.
Hot Honey Wings are available as either bone-in or boneless and gets the same “sweet heat” treatment. A 6-piece is listed at $5.99.
Rachel Antalek, Pizza Hut’s new Chief Food Innovation Officer said in a press release:

Pizza Predictions
Pizza Hut also conducted research into the pizza habits of the country, and made some predictions based off the results. The research was conducted by OnePoll, and surveyed 5000 Americans from December 22, 2023 to January 5, 2024.
- There will be a surge in thin crust pizza as consumers look for lighter pizza options. Pizza Hut’s survey found that thin crust is the most popular crust with 28% of Americans favoring it compared to stuffed (20%), and thick crust at (14%).
- Ranch is the most popular dipping sauce at 38%, then garlic at 27%, and hot sauce at 8%.
- Hot Honey flavorings are expected to outpace almost every other flavor by 2027.
- The most popular pizza style is New York at 35%
- Peppers, Pepperoni, and Parmesan are the most popular toppings right now
- 31% of respondents plan to eat more pizza in 2024
One topping not included on the survey was…snakes. Pizza Hut launched a Snake Pizza in Hong Kong this past Fall. It contained three kinds of shredded snake, and was available for a limited time. Thankfully.
