The cheesy side is deep-fried with a coating of breading, and filled with melty cheddar cheese. They’re available starting now in varying amounts.

The chain tested the Cheddar Cheese Rings alongside French Toast Sliders in limited markets in Cincinatti last February. The French Toast Sliders feature scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage or bacon served on two slices of French toast.

Both items were added to the Anytime Anywhere menu. A concept delivered for breakfast lovers where customers can order choice items all day long.

The rings are available in 3-piece, 5-piece and 10-piece options, and they start at $2.99 for the 3-piece.

White Castle chef, Bach said about the new Cheddar Cheese Rings:

“When the Culinary Team at White Castle brainstorms around new menu innovations, we enjoy looking at what makes us unique as a brand — one such menu item is definitely our Chicken Rings. One day the idea of ring-shaped cheese came up, we knew we had to see if we could make it happen. After a year of development work and trial after trial of prototypes, we felt we finally had perfected a Cheese Ring that was worthy of the White Castle name. We are so excited to get this hot and tasty new item out to everyone!”

In early December, White Castle came out with a trio of Sloppy Joe Sliders. They generally make their annual return in the winter season, and bring with them another fried side, the Mac & Cheese Nibblers which are little cheesy, carb-inflated bites. The Sloppy Joe Sliders will remain on the menu until February.
