At a KFC located in CA, things came to an ugly head over a drink debacle which prompted a charged up customer to go inside, and vault over the counter to assault an employee.
The customer in question was at the drive-thru placing an order. She couldn’t decide if she did or did not want to order a drink with her meal.
When she got to the window to pay she decided to once more change her previously made up mind and asked to add a drink to her order.
The confusion over her indecision likely led to a bit of a frustrating exchange. She eventually got so worked up that she grabbed a slushee at the window and threw it inside at the employees.
Not satisfied that the slushee throw had successfully expressed her particular level of rage – she then went into the KFC ready to do some damage.
An eerily silent Tiktok video filmed by an employee captured the spectacle in a Blair Witch-esque first person angle.
Barefoot, and walking with an unsettling purpose (in what can only be described as similar to the slow amble of a serial killer in a movie who always catches up even though their victim is running) – the woman scaled over the counter briskly not missing a beat.
Just before the video lost focus, she reached her mark and brought back her arm to strike the unfortunate filmer.
Witnesses say that there were two other victims – a cash register and a computer that endured her wrath.
Surprisingly there were many divided commenters on the video.
There was the contingent that was appalled by the woman’s behavior, but also a flurry of sympathetic people who had been to the very same KFC location, remarking that their service is terrible and designating it as the “worst”.
“People don’t understand that this KFC needs to be shut down n is probably the worse service possible I’m surprised people still go there I’ve been there about 3 times in 8 years n won’t ever step foot in that place EVER again.”
“Going to a fast food restaurant, if something is wrong with your order, it’s not worth jumping over the counter in bare feet like this crazy chick did at KFC,” said Patterson resident Lindsay Neal.
The ‘barefoot’ contessa left the scene in a white Lexus. Authorities have yet to arrest the woman and her identity remains a mystery.
Spectators were left wondering if she ever made up her mind about ordering a drink.
