The chicken-centric chain with it’s roots set primarily in the south is putting a new loaded fry on the menu after a bout of testing in select locations and markets.
For only a limited time, the Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries will be available at all Zaxby’s nation-wide.
The loaded dish features crinkle-cut fries seasoned with Zaxby’s seasoning salt as a starting point and assembled similarly to a nacho dish with layers of marinated breaded chicken, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, hardwood smoked bacon, and creamy buttermilk dressing.
The fully loaded fries are designed to provide some heft, and could potentially be eaten as a meal entirely by itself.
Our new Loaded Fries are the culmination of Zaxby’s most craveable ingredients,” said Patrick Schwing, chief marketing and strategy officer at Zaxby’s. “It’s a combination of flavors piled high on a bed of fries, so it works great as a meal or side to share.”
That’s not all patrons can expect as far as new dishes being in store for Zaxby’s. Their marketing director hints at more new items coming on the menu in the near future.

The loaded fry comes on the heels of the recently released popsicle sauce packets appropriately, named “Saucesicles” which debuted last month.
The popular southern chain promises to have a few more tricks up it’s sauce covered sleeves, so be on the look-out.
