Burger King Canada is getting a brand new Whopper which will be featured on the menu for a limited time. It’s called the Roasted Garlic Whopper, and it’s hitting in time for the holidays.
Canadians will be able to try the new creation at participating locations over the course of the next few months while supplies last.
The Roasted Garlic Whopper starts with a Whopper base that consists of Burger King’s infamous flame-grill beef patty followed up with American cheese, smoked bacon, garlic chips, and then finished off with a Roasted Garlic aioli sauce.
A press release announcing the Canadian addition prices the new Whopper at 8.99 CAD for just the burger, and for a combo, it’s priced at $14.24 CAD.
This isn’t the first time that Burger King Canada has offered a garlic-centric Whopper In 2020, the Roasted Garlic King debuted for a short stint at participating locations. The new Whopper is an updated version of that previous incarnation.
McDonalds Portugal also announced a new breakfast menu offering, the Eggs Benedict Burger. It was previously tested in Taiwan in 2016 under a slightly different name (the Maestro Eggs Benedict Burger), and has now made the move to Portugal.
It’s not certain if both the Roasted Garlic Whopper and the Eggs Benedict Burger are being tested internationally before a possible move to the states…or if these item are solely for other countries.
