Wendy’s has the answer to the approaching season of Fall…a fall-inspired Frosty, the Pumpkin Spice Frosty which was confirmed by Wendy’s to be hitting menu’s nationwide starting on September 12th.
Initially there were rumors of a different flavor dropping, a Caramel Apple Frosty which employee’s had supposedly leaked to the Instagram account, the Snackolator.
Now we know that not to be the case, as Wendy’s released a statement introducing two new creations, the Pumpkin Spice Frosty and the Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew.
CFO, Lindsay Radowski said on the new Frosty flavor, “Wendy’s is helping turn our fans’ cravings into reality this fall by introducing our new Pumpkin Spice Frosty. We can’t wait for our fans to get their hands on this new go-to sweet treat this fall.”
This will be the first time that the chain has had a Pumpkin Spice Frosty. During the holiday season they have a Peppermint Frosty, and over the summer months, a Strawberry Frosty to dive in on.
John Li, Wendy’s global vice president of culinary innovation had to say about the pumpkin-spiced cold brew, “We’re always looking for ways to provide fans the familiar flavors they love with a Wendy’s twist, and that’s exactly how the new Pumpkin Spice Frosty Cream Cold Brew came to be. We took the iconic pumpkin spice flavor that fans look forward to every year and blended it with our tried-and-true Frosty creamer for a fall experience fans can’t find anywhere else.”
Mark the date, September 12th is going to be one tasty day to try the new treat (or the cold brew if that’s your preferred jam). The never-been-done before Pumpkin Spice Frosty is calling our name.
