According to police reports, the assault occurred on April 14th after a customer, identified as 25-year-old Johnny Ricks, became irate while trying to work the electronic menu and threw a tray at it.

Ricks was escorted outside by employees where he proceeded to viciously attack Lynch.

The video shows Lynch attempting to get up when Ricks strikes her again, grabs her hair, and drags her back down. In a disturbing act of violence, Ricks then proceeds to stomp Lynch’s head on the concrete.

Lynch sustained significant injuries, including a fractured skull, a broken nose, and brain damage. She required surgery for her broken nose and suffered lacerations from the attack.

I was just trying to protect myself in the moment. I just want him in jail and charges to be pressed,‘ Lynch told FirstAlert4.

According to the police report, the customer had originally been in the drive-thru but came inside to place an order. Lynch’s father said: “They came into the McDonald’s and began to spit on my daughter and the young man at the cash register. The adults also began to destroy McDonald’s property by throwing things and damaging the self serve screens“.

Ricks has been arrested and faces charges of felony assault and property damage. Police are investigating to find the other suspects involved in the assault.
