Popeyes, the chain of the mega popular chicken sandwiches is reportedly testing a brand new chicken sandwich. The brand Truff is partnering with the chain to concoct a new spicy mayo-infused chicken sandwich along with multiple variations.
The Crispy Truff Chicken Sandwich is currently testing in Connecticut, and North Carolina. Initially, the sandwich will test the market in these two states, and depending on the feedback received, will likely move to a nationwide roll-out.
New Chicken Sandwich
These eight variations are being tested with the Truff Spicy Mayo element employed in each version. The mayo contains red jalapenos, and black winter truffles.
All versions contain similar components which can be added or subtracted to create a tailored sandwich for customers.

Truffs Spicy Mayo will be available as a sauce customers can order on the side for extra dipping zing.
Hot sauce maker, Truff, partnered with Taco Bell last year on their Loaded Nacho Fries. The hot sauce was drizzled over the nachos for an extra-spicy flair. This is Truffs second partnership with a fast food chain inside of twelve months.
