Wendy’s and Cinnabon have joined forces to launch a brand new breakfast item that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. The Cinnabon Pull-Aparts, hitting participating Wendy’s locations nationwide on February 26th, 2024, promise a warm, gooey, and irresistible experience…but that’s not all, the chain is also bringing back the Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich on Feb.12th.
In January, a leaked rumor circulated online about a possible partnership between Wendy’s and Cinnabon, and now the collaboration has been confirmed by Wendy’s in a press release. The Cinnabon Pull-Aparts will be available on Feb. 26th, during breakfast hours at Wendy’s locations nationwide.
Imagine warm dough, dunked in a sweet glaze and then baked with the heavenly aromas of cinnamon, brown butter, and sugar. Each bite-sized piece is then enveloped in Cinnabon’s signature cream cheese frosting, adding a tangy and creamy counterpoint to the warm sweetness. It’s like getting the best part of a cinnamon roll – the gooey center – in every pull! The price for one serving is listed as starting at $3.69.
John Li, global vice president of Culinary Innovation spoke on choosing Cinnabon as a partner: “evolves around quality and delivering an experience that delights our customers. Cinnabon was the brand that had that overlap with the level of importance they put on quality.”
If that’s not enough to get excited about, Wendy’s is also bringing back their popular fish sandwich two days before Lent starts on Feb.14th.
The Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich centers around a wild-caught Alaskan pollock fillet breaded with Crispy Panko, and topped with lettuce, pickles, American Cheese and a dill tartar sauce. The sandwich is listed as starting at $6.16 depending on the location.
A press release noted: “The Wild Caught Alaskan Pollock fillet’s buttery flakiness is complemented by savory notes of garlic and onion inspiring our fans’ love of the fish sandwich’s texture, flavor, and crispiness.”
With the seafood season kicking into gear, several chains have already launched similar fish sandwiches like Popeyes Flounder Fish Sandwich, and Church’s Chicken Fish Sandwich.
With the launch of the Cinnabon Pull-Aparts, and the Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich – Wendy’s is once again proving its commitment to innovative and delicious menu offerings. So, mark your calendars for February 26th and get ready to experience the perfect marriage of warmth, sweetness, and gooey goodness.
