Wendy’s is set to tantalize taste buds once again with the introduction of its newest Frosty flavor: the Salted Caramel Frosty. This indulgent treat is slated to hit menus nationwide sometime this November.

The announcement rolls in from the food-centric Instagram influencer account, The Snackolator who dropped the news, saying: “The Salted Caramel Frosty is coming to Wendy’s nationwide in November after the Spongebob promo ends and I cannot wait to give this one a try!”

The Salted Caramel Frosty will replace the Spongebob-inspired Pineapple Under The Sea Frosty which debuted on October 8th alongside the Krabby Patty Burger.

Last year, Wendy’s stuck to the Fall flavor basics and released a Pumpkin Spice Frosty. So this year, we get to enjoy something a little different.

The one drawback to the presence of this up-and-coming Frosty flavor is that the Vanilla Frosty will be unavailable to make way for the new. The Snackolator touched on this, saying:

It does not appear to be a syrup/puree mix-in so I think this might be the end of Vanilla for now, but if this really gets the salted caramel flavor right… it will be worth it.”

The Salted Caramel Frosty will likely be a decadent blend of Wendy’s classic Frosty, infused with rich caramel flavor and a sprinkle of sea salt. We think the harmonious balance of sweet and salty will be a welcome change and treat for the season.

We will await the official announcement from Wendy’s on the new Frosty launch and the exact date of release.

Check back for updates as we get closer to November!
