Just in time for the heatwave, McDonald’s is churning up a new McFlurry flavor that combines two dessert staples. Say goodbye to the Grandma McFlurry that graced menus in May, because the Kit Kat Banana Split McFlurry is taking center stage.
Available starting July 8th, this limited-edition treat combines McDonald’s signature vanilla soft serve with real banana pieces, tangy strawberry clusters, and everyone’s favorite chocolatey wafer cookie, Kit Kat. Imagine each bite bursting with creamy vanilla, sweet banana chunks, pops of strawberry, and the delightful crunch of Kit Kat pieces.
This decadent concoction follows in the footsteps of other successful candy-inspired McFlurries, like the Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry in spring and the Peanut Butter Crunch McFlurry last summer.
“The Kit Kat Banana Split McFlurry is the perfect way to cool down this summer,” said a McDonald’s spokesperson. “It’s a delicious twist on a classic dessert, and we’re sure our fans will love it.”
McDonald’s also just announced the return of the Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder which will land on the menu July 10th.
