Last September and October, Taco Bell took to their app to have fans vote for the return of an old classic that hadn’t been on the menu in years. The votes were cast to bring back one of two items and the Enchirito won out.
Taco Bell just announced that they will be bringing back the voting system to determine which discontinued item to bring back – for part two of “Cast The Vote”.
The contenders both have a popular ‘chip’ featured as the main ingredient this time around. The Beefy Crunch Burrito (featuring Fritos) and the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco.
The Beefy Crunch Burrito saw it’s reign last just shy of ten years, from 2010-2018. And the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco from 2013-2019.
Fans can vote until April 12th and the winner will be announced on April 13th.

In a press release issued Thursday, Taco Bell said: “Our fans rigorously turn to out social media to voice their menu item love and we’re excited to give them the opportunity to redistribute that passion through this unique in-app voting experience that impacts real change on our menus!”
After the success of the last ‘voting session’ – this one might break the app as Taco Bell is pitting two very much beloved fan favorites against one another…
